The venue was exceptional, with a stunning presentation, prime location, and great food. The Alto Room, ideal for our wedding size, featured a balcony overlooking the city. Staff were attentive, ensuring smooth operations.

Kim, our function coordinator, was outstanding, making the planning stress-free and the day flawless. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and handwritten name cards were remarkable.

The first-night honeymoon suite, while Victorian in style, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Improved lighting and better wayfinding would enhance the experience further, but overall, it was a memorable stay.

We just want to say the biggest thank you, you truly are amazing and have gone over and beyond for us and our guests. Truly every single person we’ve spoken to was calling the Langham and the experience one of the best they’ve had. This was all you and the incredible kind staff at the Langham.

You seriously did the best job ever making sure all our needs were met. First off the food was absolutely incredible (can you please give our warmest compliments to the chef we are so happy with the food and canapés were great).

The ballroom was so perfectly set up thanks to you, I can literally cry thinking about how magical the ballroom looked, I felt like a princess. And lastly the staff at the Langham were so attentive and honestly the best service I have ever received from a hotel.
